Personal data is processed exclusively for recruitment-related purposes, including resume evaluation, candidate scoring, and job matching.

The Platform does not use personal data for any secondary purposes such as marketing, advertising, or AI model training.

6. Data Storage and Cross-Border Processing

Personal data is processed using secure cloud-based infrastructure designed to support structured data storage, vector-based processing, and AI-driven analysis.

Such processing may occur on infrastructure located outside India, including in the United States.

By using the Platform, the Client acknowledges that personal data may be transferred to and processed in such jurisdictions.

Appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure that personal data remains protected during cross-border processing.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the recruitment purposes defined by the Client.

The retention duration may be configured by the Client and may extend up to a defined maximum period.

Once the purpose is fulfilled or the retention period expires, personal data is deleted.

8. Data Deletion

The Platform ensures that personal data is permanently deleted from all systems upon completion of the intended purpose, expiration of the retention period, or upon instruction from the Client.

Deletion processes are designed to ensure that data cannot be recovered once removed.

The Platform implements robust security measures to protect personal data.

These measures include secure data transmission, encryption, access controls, and infrastructure monitoring.

Access to personal data is strictly limited to systems required for processing.
